Affiliate Marketing is the easiest and fastest way to make money on the Internet.

It is a system of revenue between the merchant and the affiliate. The affiliate is paid a commission each time someone referred by him makes the desired action.

In 95% of the cases the desired action is that the person has to buy something.

Many affiliate programs give you an affiliate link which you can use to promote the product they are selling. There are other programs that give you more tools - banners, pre-written messages, pre-written ads, etc.

You can use these tools to send people to the page where they can buy the product, if they buy you make a commission, this is the way it works.

Before you start promoting any affiliate product there are important things that you need to know in order to save time, effort and money (if you want to pay for advertising).

You have to build the foundation, you have to know how the entire system works. Don’t sign up with many affiliate programs, get started with only one and as you learn you add more.

It is crucial to learn when to pass on a program because it is not good and when to join it. Among many other things you can buy the product through your own affiliate link to see if you get credit for the sale.

Also, you have to analyze the commission they pay, the price of the product and if other affiliates are doing well with it.

It is important to go one step further and track Google and Yahoo. Type the name of the product and see if there are ads and who is advertising

Do this for at least 12 days in a row, if you see the same people advertising it means that they are making money with that product.

Buy the product and use it yourself, this way you can evaluate it and know if it is a good product or a bad product. You don’t want to promote products that people can’t benefit from because you’ll get a name for this and nobody will buy from you.
